I have followed leslys instagram for a few months, I wish i lived closer to take her in person training but this manual was the closest i got to that, theres so many pages! so much information! The manual I was given at my training only had 20 pages and not much info, it is very frustrating because i spent $1000 on the training and i am getting more info from this manual :/ i will book a coaching session as recommended to go over the questions i have.
